If you ever have any questions or have a problem you need help solving, feel free to ask any of the officers. They are there to help. Do not let a problem get so big that you feel you have no choice but to quit or blow up in guild chat. It should never get to that point. Having said that, do not bring every little petty problem to officers. There are times that people will say things that are going to annoy you or you may disagree with. Take it to private tells and deal with it. We are no one's babysitters or parents. Everyone here is mature enough to solve those type of situations on their own.

The Guild Leader's main goal is to ensure overall guild happiness, progression and make sure everyone is having fun. The Guild Leader will assign officers for all jobs that need to be handled in the guild, and act as the coordinator between other guilds when necessary

Class Officers

The Class Officer's main goal is to manage their class. Get feedback from their class on wants/needs, questions or complaints. They manage their class channel and make sure all of their people are living up to all of the raid requirements and expectations of the guild. They will recruit new members when there is a need, or filter out unproductive members who no longer are living up to the standards of our guild. Class Officers also develop loot rotations for their class.
